1. Service and operator

These terms apply to Astromei at https://astromei.com, operated by Shunshi Technology Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact: contact@shunshi.ai.

2. What Astromei provides

Astromei offers chart calculation and AI-assisted interpretations, conversations and digital reports, including Four Pillars, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Western astrology and related tools. They are for entertainment, cultural learning and self-reflection. Availability and included features are described on the relevant service and pricing pages.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Only submit information about other people with appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

The service is not intended for children under 13. Users who cannot legally enter a contract independently must involve a parent or guardian as required by local law. Notify us of unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, access other users’ private data, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, or redistribute its content commercially without permission. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend accounts for violations, subject to applicable law.

5. One-time access passes and payments

Paid plans are fixed-duration access passes purchased with a one-time payment. They are not recurring subscriptions and do not renew automatically. The selected duration, price, currency, included features and usage limits are shown before checkout.

Stripe processes payments. Access is activated after successful payment is confirmed; delayed payment methods may take longer. The account displays the applicable expiry. Access ends when the purchased period expires; purchasing a pass does not promise permanent access to every paid feature.

Any coupon conditions, eligibility, usage caps and expiry apply as displayed. Taxes or payment-provider currency conversion charges may apply where shown or required. We do not store full card details.

6. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally after payment confirmation, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once access has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

For duplicate charges, payment without activation, or a material technical failure preventing delivery, email contact@shunshi.ai with the order identifier and details, preferably within 7 days. This requested reporting period does not shorten statutory rights. We review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access or a refund.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. A full refund removes the associated paid access. A partial refund may leave remaining access in place. Refund processing times depend on Stripe and your payment provider.

7. AI content and intellectual property

Chart calculations and AI interpretations are distinct: AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. No result guarantees a future outcome. Content is not medical, financial, legal or psychological advice. Consult qualified professionals for such decisions.

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Astromei’s software, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8. Availability, liability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance and provider failures can cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of a particular outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Other liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

9. Account closure and personal data

Closing an account ends its sign-in and disables public profile sharing. It does not automatically erase all stored data or initiate a refund. For a data deletion request or a payment issue, contact us separately. The Privacy Policy explains retention and your rights.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms and publish the revision date. Material changes will be notified as required by law; they do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or already purchased entitlements. Applicable law and mandatory protections in your country remain in force. Contact contact@shunshi.ai to raise a concern or dispute.
